As part of its mission to advance sustainability education, nemaBiodiversity develops and delivers educational initiatives that connect scientific knowledge with real-world learning experiences for children and students.

Through hands-on activities, storytelling, and field-based learning, nemaBiodiversity introduces learners to key themes in biodiversity, soil life, and sustainable food systems. The company is committed to supporting experiential and inquiry-based learning that complements classroom instruction and fosters environmental awareness from an early age.
Educational resources and learning activities are designed to align with Canadian curriculum priorities in environmental science and sustainability and can be integrated by educators into classroom teaching or delivered in community and outdoor learning settings. Target audiences include early elementary learners, upper elementary and secondary students, as well as community and educational programs.
A strong foundation has already been established: through its Curious Nature – Bilingual Series of children’s picture books, nemaBiodiversity introduces young readers to soil organisms, insects, garden ecosystems, and the interconnectedness of living things. These bilingual (French–English) resources support both scientific literacy and environmental stewardship.
The overarching goal of nemaBiodiversity is to empower learners to better understand how healthy ecosystems support sustainable agriculture, food systems, and human well-being — and to encourage future generations to make informed, responsible choices for the environment.
